Luuka District, Uganda - In an unusual spectacle that caught the attention of residents, a 30-year-old man named Ivan Bandese embarked on a daring stunt to ride a motorcycle completely naked for a distance of 2 kilometers. His motivation? A reward of Shs 20,000.
The peculiar ride commenced from Nsambya Trading Centre in Ikumbya Sub-county, with Bandese fearlessly straddling the motorcycle and embarking on his naked journey towards Ikumbya town. Onlookers gathered along the road to witness this extraordinary event, as the bold rider passed by them, wearing nothing but a smile on his face.
However, as Bandese approached Ikumbya town, the atmosphere took a sudden turn. Instead of cheering him on, some residents brandished sticks and began to chase him, intending to discipline him for his audacious act. Faced with the unexpected backlash, the determined rider accelerated his speed, determined to reach the finish line.
Finally, Bandese crossed the finish line unscathed, where he was promptly awarded the promised Shs 20,000. The incident serves as the second dramatic episode in Busoga, following a similar event that occurred in Bugweri district a year ago when a man rode a bicycle naked.
