NAKIVUBO HAS BEEN APPROVED BY CAF TO HOST THE 2027 COMPETITIONS

As the 2025 AFCON competitions will be held in MORROCCO, Uganda's East Africa at large, to host the 2027 AFCON finals, alongside Kenya and Tanzania has been approved by CAF here in Cairo, Egypt.

In that NAKIVUBO has been approved to host matches and below it's how it now looks like. 

East Africa has reason to celebrate as it successfully secured the bid to host the prestigious Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in 2027. This remarkable achievement not only brings immense pride to the region but also presents a golden opportunity to showcase the rich footballing…

18 out of 54 countries have hosted AFCON. None of the 3 East African countries has ever hosted it.

Our turn has now come!

Congratulations Uganda🇺🇬 and EAC,  at large.
But we should thank HAM for the effort put to establish the NAKIVUVO stadium which has been approved by CAF to host games in 2027 AFCON.

Really the government should come in coz  think i this is the chance we have to establish even more facilities to promote talent inside the country at least if there are like more than 5 stadiums on the same level like that of NAKIVUVO we will be heading to a bright future because we always see the government only recognizing for example athletes after they bring a medal 🏅.

As Ugandans  🇺🇬 🇺🇬 we have to cheer up this opportunity because it's the first of it's kind and many businesses owners will generate more income
